About this programme
Are you looking to experience a reduction in stress? Or perhaps experience clarity, calmness, or an improvement in sleep? The singing bowl sound bath is a relaxation technique that has been used for centuries to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and this June Certified Singing Bowl practitioner Sister Elsie Pang will be conducting two singing bowl soundbath sessions at the Library for anyone who wishes to experience it.
All proceeds collected will be directed to the Library’s working funds.
What you will experience
This is a 1-hour group sound bath experience designed to help you relax, reset, and unwind.
The session begins with approximately 45 minutes of guided singing bowl meditation. Participants may choose to lie down on a yoga mat or remain seated on a chair, whichever feels most comfortable. Simply rest and allow the sounds of the singing bowls to support a deeper state of calm and stillness.
No prior experience is needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
