Meditation & Dhamma Class: starts 12 Jul 2025
Dates: Saturdays from 12 Jul to 18 Oct (12 lessons, see below for exact dates)
Time: 2.30pm – 4.30pm

Mindfulness for Young Children 2025 Semester 2
Date: Sundays from 6 Jul to 28 Sep 2025 (classes every 2 weeks, see below for details)
This includes Dharma education for parents.
