About this programme
Are you looking to experience a reduction in stress? Or perhaps experience clarity, calmness, or an improvement in sleep? The singing bowl sound bath is a relaxation technique that has been used for centuries to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and this August Certified Singing Bowl practitioner Sister Elsie Pang will be conducting two singing bowl soundbath sessions at the Library for anyone who wishes to experience it.

All proceeds collected will be directed to the Library’s Building Repairs.

What you will experience
The one hour session will involve participants lying down on a yoga mat and immersing themselves in the sounds of the singing bowls as played by Sis Elsie Pang. Participants will be led in and out of the experience through short guided meditations, and there will also an explanation of the technique and time for Q&A. As part of the session, Elsie will also skillfully use aroma oils.
