About this program
Meditation fosters a wider awareness, or mindfulness, that can provoke profound realization. Continuous practice can help cut through unhelpful misconceptions and encourage a more open, compassionate relationship with one’s self and others. For this reason, meditation practice is considered to have long-lasting benefits.
Our resident monk Bhante Paññā will be leading a new term of the Tuesday Guided Meditation sessions from 19 Nov onwards.
We are opening the programme to participants of all experience levels, and it is also suitable for those who have not attended this programme before. Do join us!
Each session will include chanting, explanation of a topic selected for that session and practice as a group.
