About this program

Meditation fosters a wider awareness, or mindfulness, that can provoke profound realization. Continuous practice can help cut through unhelpful misconceptions and encourage a more open, compassionate relationship with one’s self and others. For this reason, meditation practice is considered to have long-lasting benefits.

Bhante Paññā will again be leading weekly Tuesday Guided Meditation sessions from 23 Jul onwards. Each session will include chanting, explanation of a topic selected for that session and practice as a group.
