Buddhist Meditation- 12 Week Course
Learn how Buddhist meditation can help you abandon unhelpful states of mind that are causing you unnecessary stress and anxiety, and known to cause depression for others.
This course is for you if you have never meditated before and would like to find out about meditation. It is also for those who have a meditation practice and would like to refresh the fundamentals of Buddhist meditation.
The course will train your attentional skill to deal with a distracted, and ‘noisy’ mind, and cultivate greater self-awareness for well-being and peace of mind.
Course Teachers:
Bhante Dhammaratana
Bhante Wimalajothi
Bro. Wee Sin Tho
