Fear and uncertainty are daily experiences for everyone. We are constantly presented with uncertainties. We may be healthy now, but we do not know with certainty when we will get sick or even die. We may be financially secure now but may be out of a job tomorrow. We have families that rely on us for their safety and security, but we can never be sure that they will not be beset by clouds of misfortune. This talk aims to share how to manage the fears and uncertainties that we face daily.
